Recently, I wandered into the veritable trove of riches that is Wisteria Antiques and Gardens. The photos I managed to capture (when not otherwise drooling over every precious thing) do not do justice to the charm of this establishment.
Armed only with my iPhone camera and a child-like enthusiasm, I spent a heavenly amount of time meandering through the vintage property. Yet, it was not enough. I must return. There are still wonders to behold and spoils to unearth - other treasures for other days.
In the meantime, I'm participating in Mosaic Monday at Little Red House. Do stop by for some visual treats!
Happy hunting,

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely gorgeous mosaic, Niki - I had to enlarge it to get a closer look at all the gorgeous treasures inside!

Thanks for stopping by in Normandy yesterday,
Maggie
lovely mosaic of beautiful things. SO caught up in life, it is some time since I have taken a browse through a store like this so thank you for taking me there.
ReplyDeleteAnd thankyou so much for stopping by my blog and saying hi. Have a wonderful week.
That looks like a wonderful store with a mix of old and new! I'd be drooling too :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful place to treasure hunt...I see lots I wouldn't be able to leave without! Great photos taken with your iPhone :-)
ReplyDeleteOooh! That shop looks fab. You have created a wonderful 'ad' for them here! Did you resist all temptation??? x
ReplyDeleteso many cute things!
ReplyDeleteIn my pre children days I spent many happy hours browsing antique stores and discovering 'treasures.' These lovely photos have made me ten kinds of nostalgic. I think it might be time to introduce the children to these stores the way my parents did for me.
ReplyDeleteEven I love antiques. Those designs and sturdiness (not to mention th equality of raw materials and the old-world charm) are something that speak volumes! The pics are really nice...feeling like checking out one antique store here now. It has been a long time I have not done any antique-window-shopping!
ReplyDeleteNiki -
ReplyDeleteStopping by to see how your new school season is going and hope you are well. I am sure it is keeping you awfully busy.
Thank you for the comment on my blog regarding how difficult it is sometimes to figure out what we want, especially if we are in the process of doing a complete overhaul on ourselves. What was true at one point is no longer true now, so then we are left at zero.
Also, I think it is hard for strong women like us to ask for help when others often look to us for answers.
Enjoy your week!
@Mila: Thank you for stopping by! I haven't had the time to blog as much as I'd like to lately, but I imagine things will slow down eventually. Classes officially begin on the 22nd, so the countdown is on! Tons of meetings and prep work this week, but it will all be worth it :)
ReplyDeleteHope you are having a lovely week as well!
